On first listen, feeling like I have more thoughts but wanting to think more about them and listen again, I'm not sure I to what degree I have approached my meditation practice in this way. I wonder if a lack of this kind of approach/address is why it has always been a kind of flickering practice (as in 'in and out of existence'). It's most enduring component is a very small, convenient, form...and I'm not completely sure why I do it. I know there's not just one reason. But this less self-interested reason you discuss here...I think it's there. I'm going to spend some time dwelling on this after my meditations. Thank you as always :)
